I'm fairly new to the Fallout pc world ( I'm use to the Fallout for 360) the whole reason I got FNV for the pc is to mdownlaod mods, well after I finally got the mod under my new vegas data files (btw, I downloaded the Happy tactical squad mod) I played the game and nothing came up about the mod quest, pease if you are expierenced with mods and modding I could really use your help.

Do you have the Fallout Mod Manager? (New Vegas version)

That will help with load order and putting the mods under the right files.

I think that I have downloaded it , but when I clicked to download mod it said page expired.

Make sure you have it, it helps a lot and makes downloading mods a lot easier. The icon looks like a radioactive symbol with these colors ===> , and it should be on your desktop if you have it.
