I found the guard who frees him and keep trying to talk to him but no dialogue options come up. I have tried reloading, waiting for a day, restarting the game and trying to pay off my bounty but none of the guards will talk to me. Talked to irileth just fine though. HELP! BEFORE I RIP MY FACE OFF

You can just pull it yourself...I did...Just look for the pullchain next to them...
