I used Wrye Bash and my menu is no longer english, I think it is German or something, but only the menus. It is very strange, loading screen says laden, the menu is not english but everything else in game is english. What happened and what do I need to change it back?

Before Wrye Bash, everything was in English.

Make sure you are using the translated versions of your mods and not the German versions.
