I preordered my copy from amazon and received it today, it was sealed and had all paperwork and such inside but there is no product code! I have no idea what to do! [edit] to clarify, the warranty information paper is there, but the game registration code is not there, it is completely blank.

Have you checked the manual? It's usually on the front or back cover.

Check the Disk case carefully. It could be on the back, inside the case, or even under the disk itself. My physical copy is due today so I have not had a chance to figure out where the code is.

EDIT Or the Manual might have it ^^^^

Like anything else. When you have an issue with a product, you contact the creator of said product. If they can't help you, they should be able to direct you to those that can.

The Steam code is on the back of the Vault Dweller's Survival Guide insert
