Help - Perks not working? : V

Hey all,

At the moment I'm level 7 (Just got the game) and I've gotten a little confused I tried increasing certain perks under Archery however they stopped at like (2/5) and have stopped being highlighted now I can't increase them any higher. Am I missing some vital intel?

Yes, you will need to level archery higher before you can take more perks in it

You can see what level each perk requires in the skill menu.

I assume you mean where it says "Archery 32 Requires 40" - Overdrow (2/5) - I need to increase Archery to level 40? If so thank you very much.
