Help Please (Issues with a Website).

Post » Thu Jul 03, 2014 2:03 am

Um. I'm having some issues with Facebook for the last few days and been wanting to fix them badly. I've already tried Ctrl+F5 and deleted cookies tricks, which didn't work... So thinking something else might be causing the problem?

The issues being quite a bit it seems so for. I am unable to load up menus of any type, the PM chats don't pop-up, cannot scroll down when typing up a post (though can post things). Etc.

I am using Firefox, W8.1, etc. All other websites are working just fine.

try firefox with addons disabled (formally called safe mode, there is an option in the menu to do this)

Also try a different browser on the same PC.

If you cannot connect in any browser, the Facebook site may be down. !!!

facebook is definitely not down or I'd hear some coworkers screaming right now.

Also, he can connect fine, just aspects of the website aren't loading for him.

I'll be caught dead before using Internet Explorer or AOL browsers. Trust me on that one. I have way too many problems with those browsers...

That's nice dear.

Either svck it up and use one of those or install yet another web browser. That's the only way for us to know if your installation of Firefox is at fault or not.
