this will sound so noobie but i need to reset my perks and need the quickest ways to keep finding dragons if you could help me that would be great thanks guys!

Keep fast travelling town to town. That usually gets dragons to spawn. It will still take time though. That or just keep playing the game regularly dragons are sure to appear eventually.

Easy... Find the nearest dragon wall/nest. Just go to the next one if the dragon hasn't respawned.

Skyrim is the first TES game where I cannot peacefully enjoy scenery without a Dragon interrupting me. What I am saying is, just wander around the wilderness and they will find you
