So im trying to use restoration spells against undead, but im having a few problems.

When i dual cast circle of protection(undead up to level 20, im not sure how strong it is dual cast) i can effect a draugr deathlord

Yet when i dual cast turn greater undead (up to level 21 normal, again i dont know how strong it is dual cast) it wont effect the draugr.


Why is this? Im trying to make a viable restoration character but i fail to understand the level system.

Probably because Circle of Protection is an expert level spell?

I believe dual casting Turd Undead just increases the duration and not the level of the affected. If it normally turns level 6 for 30 sec. It will turn 6 for 60 sec and not turn level 12 enemies.

Again, I believe that's how it works.

They both are, turn greater undead is expert too.
