HEY! What happened? I just logged on, and my guy is level 1, everything locked, says i'm at 6% complete in operative status?

I was level 50, most everything unlocked and most perks at level 3 or near it. I was having a problem with Retriever perk RESETTING to 0 every time I'd close the game and load it later to find it reset.

Now I log on and Everything is reset. First thought, "Did my suit reboot?"
second thought "wtf?"

figured i'd post here before i do anything else.

I notice my GENERAL and Mystery dogtags show the same thing on both pages (they both show the general tags), and it says I have 1 dog tag unlock (all my mystery and general were unlocked)

Whats happen? Can someone fix, cause I don't wanna play and overwrite my current progress... (level 50, unlocks, etc!!!!!!!!!!!!)

edit: ALSO on the forum, i'm signed in now, but after I had to restart mozilla. I WAS signed in, and the forum said i wasn't and needed to? So I clicked SIGN IN at top right of page, and it then said "You need to click sign in at the top right of the page" sigh...

Edit: I also just read of someone with the same problem, he went from 35 to 1. My account name is... my forum name!

I think if you are logged into gamesas.com and then view another tab of gamesas.com from an external link (like google search) it gives you the not logged in error (when you are) so it doesn't let you log in...

forum has been doing it for ages. click on home and log out and then log in again and it will work.

dont say that glitch is back again in game as it was doing this on release day but i thought it was sorted within the first month.

i would send your details to support with what youve posted above and they might be able to reinstate your level 50.

I just logged back onto the account and it said level 50... but I do not even want to play because it would be too dissapointing if its FUBAR!
yup, half my stuff is LOCKED up, MOST of my stats are reset or extremely lowered if anything is there.

what is support? I messaged CRY-TOM and CRY-ADAM with this thread, I'm more concerned about the weapon attachment unlocks and the module levels. Stats are good too, all the tags etc. but... why this happen?

mines just rebooted by its self, i didnt want to do it yet till all this crap was sorted.

i'm talking to EA support on chat, maybe phone next. they don't seem to have Anything to do with the game, or support!

I had the samething happen to me when I installed the latest update. All my play setting and saved SP games were all reset. My level 50 did not reset nor any of my modules.
