Ok so I'm at my wits end, if no one can help me I'll just have to give it up.

I've been doing the dawn guard quests and for some reason I keep randomly becoming a vampire, but I DONT ever get vampire sanguin (or whatever it's called) the actual disease, I just get all the effects of it, and it always starts with vampire strength.

So I cannot cure it, I can't feed to get my level down because people are beyond aggro. I keep trying to sneak up to an old ladies house and she sees me coming from a mile away behind a rock. It's ridiculous, my sneak isn't great but it's not THAT bad. I've tried the console codes out there etc. nothing works. What do I do? I really don't want to start a new character because I like this build and I've gotten pretty far. Right now I guess I'm a full level 4 vampire. I once got rid of it before I got to this stage with a consol code, but it's was like a remove spell code of some sort now I can't find it. Any ideas?

No idea. Are you using any mods? Any earlier saves?

I will contact a mod and see if we can get this moved somewhere more useful. Hang on.

Moving this to hardware/software issues as it sounds like a bug. I can move it again if it turns out to be a mod. I've guessed you're on PC since you mentioned console codes?

Is serana your follower? I had this thing where I equipped her with a certain potion (I can't remember what it was though - something about blood potion) and it kept turning me into a vampire.
