open up the console (using the ~ key), and type "player.additem 00035369"

that should give it to you (i believe that is the staffs Item code..)

Why did you sell the best-looking staff in the gaem?

IIRC, having the staff makes it easier to solve the missions, but is not essential.

As said above, you don't need the staff when Tolfdir gives you those quests to deal with the anomalies.

Just blast or whack them.
