Join the club there....between EA and Cryyyyyytek the customer service for this game is the worst I have ever seen. Although when you release an unfinished buggy as hell game and have people pay full price for it your going to have alot of pissed off customers yelling at you.

I have through your issue and clearly understand that you are facing the issue of rank and stats. As you stated that two days your level was 42 but now it reduced to level -1 but I would like to inform to inform you that unfortunately, support staff can not alter or modify stats, ranks, kits and badges for the game. The collection of this data is very complex, and as you can imagine with the popularity of game an immense undertaking. There is simply no possible way we can adjust every players score, though we would love to but in order to assist you regarding the issue I provide you a link you just go through the link and try to fix the issue.

Simply Unbeliveable.
Crytek has completely lost control on C2.
It is painful to see how EA and Crytek are ruining the good name of Crysis.
