I have found Christine, Dog was killed etc and have killed Dean Domino. I have made it back to the Lobby but cant find a way out. The main doors are locked and cant be picked and I dont have a key.

Please help, wondering round like a headless chicken in here...

Go to where Christine is and have her unlock the elevator so you can deal with Elijah. You don't leave through the front door.
