I ran into a problem today that I dorn't remember encountering in previous games. I have about 120 or so mods including the LGNPC mods. My char is a member of the House Redoran faction and was at Vos Chapel enlisting Yikan Bael's help for one of their quests. This time around, there was a door in the Chapel called Hall of Healing - first time I'd seen this in the game - and I would like to find out which mod put it in there in order to contact the mod author to ask some questions. I got several error messages, which I accepted to llet the game exe continue running. Inside this "Hall of Healing" at Vos Chapel is an NPC named Kidryne Farethi.

Simply open the console(~ button) while pointing at the door, click on the door, and type ori then hit enter and it will tell you which mod adds that door to the hall of healing.
