Okay so Desdemona asked me to leave the MM and help the RR instead, does doing this lock me out of the MM ending? I have quests I wanna turn in but every time I see Desdemona she keeps asking me to help the RR thus now allowing me to turn in my completed quests.

When you reach the point of no return it will stop the game and a pop-up will appear asking if you want to proceed.
