Help with Arcade Gannon

Trying to get into the bunker and arcade has only spoken to me twice. Once at the vertibird crash & when I talked to the doctor at camp mccaren. Is he suppose to offer a quest or who else do I need to see to get him to say more. I also talked to Gibson, the old man at primm and doc at good springs. Help needed.

Try taking him to Repcon HQ or to the van Graffs in Freeside.

Also, try the fort, you can strike up a conversation with him there aswell.

Also, if you have Gammon for the quest to activate HELIOS 1, and you transfer power to Freeside, it earns points with him.

Well, I did those things and he talked a little more. I'm visiting different places but nothing from him except the places y'all talked about.

Visit the scientist at Camp MacCarran who gives you the Vault 22 quest. Talk anything with him, and after you conclude the dialogue (that's what's important) Arcade talks to you.

You need to reach a sufficient point in the main quest. Kill House and install Yes Man, that'll trigger the dialouge for the quest to start.

Take him to REPCONN HQ, Van Graffs and talk to the scientist in Camp McCarren, saying the right response to him each time should give him a +2 liking meaning you can activate his quest quicker

It isn't the activation of Helios 1 it's the conversion after you talk to either scientist. I can't remember which one actives the conversion.
