Ok, im not sure if something went wrong with BOSS when i installed it, but when i run it, theres suddenly 2 new folders on my desktop.. When i then try to place them back into the skyrim folder, it says theres multiple copies of this file(s) already there.. When i run the ReProccer, it doesnt find/run BOSS..

Should i remove, and reinstall it? I have no clue what went wrong.. It worked after i installed it, and i placed it manually into the Skyrim folder, and ReProccer was able to run it, but not since...BOSS itself runs fine when i run it.. It orders my Mods correctly and all, but i cant help but think something is wrong with its file location or something.

Isn't BOSS a standalone? I mean it can run anywhere. I am not even sure where mine is installed TBH, but it can still sort all the games for me (Skyrim, Oblivion, FO3 and FNV) and get updated lists. That is all that matters really.

yes, but why are files duplicating, and some place themselves onto my desktop everytime BOSS is run...Why isnt it being run through the ReProccer, for SkyRe? This is where my concern lies.. I don't know why SkyRE or Reproccer have anything to do with BOSS, they are separate programs. I don't use the Reproccer or SkyRE but my BOSS works just fine. Doesn't the Reproccer make patches for SkyRE? Seems to me that program should not be run that often, but maybe it needs to be ran all the time. Maybe it launches BOSS from a shortcut, don't know, but it really has nothing to do with the BOSS program, at all.

The stock install directory for BOSS is the root directory of Skyrim, although it was originally Oblivion. It probably does not matter where BOSS is installed unless you want some predetermined shortcut that is part of a third party mod tool to run this tool from a shortcut.

Alrighty... Ive just overwritten the files when i drag them in.. And yea, i think the reproccer runs boss at the start, but has the option to skip this step.. Just couldnt figure out why it would work origionally, then once these files started appearing on my desktop, it stopped finding BOSS..Ah well...

Edit:, and thats correct.. ReProccer dd not need to be run often.. Only initially, & when installing/uninstalling mods it has affected.. It brings armor/weapn mods intume with SkyRe statistical changes..

It must run BOSS then to order the patches. Does it tag the patches or just give them a load order?
