help with BSA commander : IV

ok i have the bsa commander downloaded but i have no idea what im supose to do with it can anybody help me?

Okay, I have the BSA Commander downloaded but I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with it. Can anybody help me?

It's designed to unpack the BSA files that house the meshes, textures, sounds and voices used by the game. OBMM has a utility that does this too.
