I am working on a character that attempts to be a superhero/vigilante in the mojave wasteland and would like some help picking what skills, weapons, traits and so forth to pick.

I'm of course going to get the implants and think I will focus on explosives and unarmed as my fighting style. But little stuck on what else to do.

Skills: energy weapons, speech, unarmed and sneak. Terrifying presence perk sounds pretty fitting too.
