Help with crashing

Ok, so I decided to try to get back into Oblivion. Re-installed it along with all the mods I remembered liking and the updated FCOM mod to allow for the integration of a few larger mods at the same time

So, everything was going fine with Wrye Bash & the mods til I had finished (BOSS told me everything was in the right order, had cleaned all the fines I needed to clean w/ TES4Edit, bashed patch, etc) and I tried starting the game

The game crashed on startup so I checked Wrye Bash to see if I could find anything and discovered that Oblivion.esm [SI] had been given a red background (could have happened prior to my attempting to start the game & that I had simply not noticed it)

So, my question is what is causing this & how can I resolve it?

Also, when I clicked to get that list of mods, I then got another popup from Wrye Bash saying the following:

Not sure how relevant this is since you can see it's referencing an .esp that is not only not activated, it's not even present anywhere


Anyway, tried including a pic showing the problem, but was told I couldn't post a link
