Have you made sure that you know what the prerequisites for these mods are, and that you have installed said prereqs?

I have a feeling that the answer to one or both is "no". But if that is not the case, perhaps you could post a load order, and any other information that might be relevant.

Its not a glitch at all and oblivion xp is designed to wortk with darn ui it asks what ut you have vanilla, darn ui and another on install in mod manger.

And im pretty sure my load order is 100% correct i used oblivion boss.

If it is "not a glitch", why are you even posting in the first place...

I was not talking about compatibility, but in fact prerequisites (beyond a UI of whatever kind). Have you [I now find myself asking bluntly] actually read the readme file that comes with Oblivion XP? At least the bits about requirements, if not the whole thing?

That is what I was asking about.

arafel is right. You are most likely missing a requirement that is causing Oblivion XP to not initialize properly. That big box is what you get if you have installed Oblivion XP (and it's menu files) but it doesn't initialize. It even comes with a pop up telling you if you are missing that requirement.

Sorry but RTFR
