Uh, well, I'm modding for 2 years now and I must admit, I still can't write a simple dialogue or quest. This will change now, cause I'm going to learn all that. I have some kinda german modder's bible, where all is explained pretty good, but if I can't get it done with help of those Tutorials, I will ask for help here!!!

Let's begin then: I have created a new NPC and now I'm supposed to add a new topic. I rightclick->new->type in topicname->press enter and after 1-2 seconds what I have typed in just disappears and no new topic is added to the list. Why that??? Is there a topic limit per NPC, did I forget something?

The topic is added, but they're automatically alphabetized. Scroll down and you should see your new topic. Or, you could start typing it in and it'll jump to it. For example, if the new topic is "my guar", start typing m-y and it'll first jump to the first topic that starts with "m", and then to "my".

Doesn't work!!! I made a new topic and called it "aaa", so it should be at first position, but it simply isn't there, even if i type "a". It seems, as if my new topic just gets reseted. Does the NPC have to be placed ingame yet to be able to have a topic???

Do you have the dialog filtered (the combobox under the list of topics)? Don't. Create the topic without any filters, then enter conditions, and only then you can filter topics for NPC. Filtering is made to check what topics are available, before entering new lines it ought to be removed.
