Ok, so i lost jericho after completing the main quest, i accidently locked him in the chamber at purity, cant find him anywhere and hes still hired as charon won't join me. I have dogmeat and have just after an epic battle killed him. now, i do not yet have the puppy perk, i want to know if i kill dogmeat pre puppy perk will a puppy still be born? Thank you.

Well this wiki in particular is the authority on Fallout 3 gameplay. From personal experience, Dogmeat will regenerate.
