Help With Dyndolod Mod : V

I decided to give dyndolod a try watched gamerpoet's video in detail, installed all the required mods, read the readme files & all then ran the tes5edit and tes5edit began doing its stuff but right at the end i got http://i.imgur.com/Vd8uiA7.jpg?1 on that nif file but it was added by dyndolod mod -_- seriously can someone can give me clue as to why i received this error over a file installed by the mod itself.

Also author of the mod has disabled comments section on nexus so couldn't ask him/her there.

You do not list the Mods You use and which Mod Manager You use.

I use OCS and had to do a unique install, but I did not have any errors when using TESVEdit to generate LOD in My Game.

i dont use any special mods that requires addtional tweaking like OCS but i do use skyfalls and skymills and have followed gamerpoets video about it
