What are your system specs? (CPU, GPU etc.) Fallout 4 works just fine with Windows 10.

Can you please post a DXDIAG report.

Type DXDIAG in search/start>run the tool that comes up>Click 'Save all info' somewhere. Then post the results of that file. Down to and including 'Sound Devices' should suffice. Saves having to wrap the whole thing in spoiler tags but has the most critical info.

I doubt you could upgrade a graphics card on a laptop...

Post a dxdiag report.

To request a refund (if bought through Steam). https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=6695-QIKM-7966

Looks like the laptop uses the CPU for gfx so its a "Intel? HD graphics 4400"

Try the Ultralow graphics mod or some thing: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/73/?

I'd start with installing the intel HD drivers: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81497/Intel-HD-Graphics-4400-for-4th-Generation-Intel-Core-Processors

It sould be your internal GPU, but the dxdiag you posted hasen't all the infos we wanna know.

Post at whole dxdiag in a spoiler tag.

Write [*spoiler] at the beggining and [*/spoiler] at the end of your DXdiag file.

WITHOUT THE ASTERISK AND WITHOUT SPACES BETWEEN !!!
