help with my first mod

right. so i haven't been around here in a long while. so I thought Id ask for help first as my project is only two days old and is coming along rather well considering.

I'm making my first and would like to publish it soon but I hit a snag while saving it. You see I have the unique landscapes mod installed and decided that I would have one of them active as it may help with the mod I'm making. It is the beaches of cyrodil mod. I was making my mod and decided to save my work, when i noticed that i save it as the beaches of cyrodil (this of course after I'd already saved). I would like to know is there a way to copy paste as I somehow managed to create a new esp but only has the more resent modifications to it saved to that new esp. And i cant really publish it because I don't have permissions from the UL mods creator to use his content in my mod. And really the only thing that this pertains to is how my little island is connected to the mainland via a boardwalk. but I would still like to find a way to separated it and add its content to the new esp and have it on its own so i don't feel like I'm stealing someone elses work.

Is there a way to transfer the modifications from the UL saved file to the new file that I made last night so that I will be on its own esp?

Thanks in advance Moonravin

It doesn't really matter because you'll likely have to start over regardless; your mod won't recognize unique landscapes in-game just because you loaded it into the CS while making your mod. So what I'm saying is, the only reason your mod is working right now is because you saved it as the same ESP. Split it from Unique Landscapes, and your mod will break because you did not De-Isloate it. Search "mod de-isolation" for more info.
