I am not sure if this will work for everybody but I was not able to play the game until I found this program. It will give you a ton of graphic options that should be in the game anyways. I was able to skip the loading video and I changed a few more options and the game started right up. I downloaded the game with steam and it was missing the autoexec.cfg in the Crysis 2 folder. When I ran the program it added one for me.

This is just something I found and thought I would share because it did help me and the people and crysis have not been much help.

Sorry if it does not fix your problem. I got my game to work but MP started me off at lvl 1 even though I did the pre-order. I guess it does not matter because MP is **** anyways:)
