For some unknown reason the Kvatch Rebuilt Nexus page doesn't exist anymore and hasn't done for some time now, so I can't go through the comments section there.

The problem I've got is I've reached the part in the expansion when you need to find the two hearts in the Desolate Manor. I've returned the Lord's Heart and I can see the Lady's Heart but I've got no idea how to get to it. I'd rather not just toggle collision as I'm sure there's something I'm missing. Can anyone help?

Actually, don't worry, I'm just a pleb - I got around the tree up to the fence and, oddly, I was able to retrieve the heart which was on the other side.
