Help with load order/CTD

Please help with my load order. Fallout is working like a dream except when I try to enter places from the world map. It is pretty random which ones will cause a crash to desktop, but every house in Minefield and the Wheaton Armory cause a crash every time. The houses will only cause a crash when I try and save the game after entering the house. It does not matter if I try to save in the house or leave the house and then try to save from the wasteland; either way there's a crash. Wheaton Armory causes my game to crash every time I simply try to enter it. There are no crashes when I try to go into any houses or shops in Megaton, however.

This is probably not the best time to ask, since I'm already having problems with the load order, but where should I put Ammo Toolkits, MTC-Wasteland Travelers, and Phalanx in the load order [assuming they're compatible with what I'm already running].

Try disabling half your mods at a time to narrow it down. Probably won't solve the problem but use BOSS-F from my sig and it may help.
