I haven't played Fallout 3 in well over a year. I had fully uninstalled it but I've recently upgraded video card and ram and wanted to try it out again under my new hardware. Having not played in so long, I don't really remember how a load order is supposed to go other than .esm before .esp. This is my current load order. However the delay addons are not working. I was still bombarded with messages upon exiting 101. If those aren't working, for all know others aren't working either. Though I'm reasonably sure FOOK2 is because the pistol that I had in 101 was not the standard that I remember. Some of these mods, I don't even know what they do. They were just bundled with others. Like for example, the FOOK2 [DIK] and [WA.NK].
