im doing a mission for the ncr called. For The Republic, 2 and i dont wana hurt the brother hood! please help!

This may not be much help but i had the same problem so i did the wild card quest u have to find Benny to do this quest i think and u have to kill Mr.House and Mr.House also tells u to destroy the BOS. With the Wlid card quest u choose what small fractions u want destroy or leave alone the BOS is considered a small fraction so u can either choose to destroy them or leave them alone.If u already found Benny there should still be a quest where u gotta search his room.
