Have a glitch with the Understanding Madness/Dementia branch quest. When Syl passes sentence on main conspirator, said conspirator fails to die and quest can not be finished. On one reload, the main conspirator was outside the cage and i was able to kill her after Syl fails. This is of course treated as a murder in the game and somewhat sullies my pristine reputation as a do gooder. It is also a somewhat unsatisfying end to the quest.

Is there a known fix to this glitch (is it a known glitch?) and/or consul work around. Thanks.
