Hello. I got the Elsweyr mod off of tesnexus.com and I understand I need to change the bEnableBorderRegion=1 to =0 but every time I put that, and try to save it it tells me access denied and I can't keep it on =0 it goes back to =1 when I close it. Just wondering If I could get help with this if there is something i need to delete, or download but I did try the border remover mod and that just totally jacked up my map and made every location in the middle of nowhere. Make sure you're editing the correct ini file. It'll be in (for Win7) User Name\My Documents\My Games\Oblivion folder. There should be no UAC issues in that folder preventing a save. If so, make sure you have Admin rights.

Do NOT edit the oblivion_default.ini in the regular Oblivion install folder.
