Help with my Shouts

Ok so I have Slow Time, Become Ethereal, and Storm Call but it says " Dragon Souls Are Required To Unlock Shouts ". I have killed many Dragons since I've learned these shouts and they are still not unlocked?? Anybody know why?

look at the bottom of window - u have to "buy" it explicit before, in pc version it is "R" dont know wich button at ps3 or xbox

yup. go the your magic menu > shout > select the greyed out shout and press R for pc to unlock

only bottom right you should see how many dragon souls you have
