I've spent so much money, time and resources on reaching and clearing this place out from top to bottom so I can build my house here, but I still can't use the workstation until all enemies are cleared! I've killed literally everything I could find *including that extremely pesky Murluk Queen* but I can't use it still.

Where else on the Island is there enemies to kill? Or do I need other stuff I need to do first?

Okay so!

I figured it out, basically you need to follow the instructions on the letter near the workstation to draw out the last few Murlurks, when this happens you can begin building your island stronghold :3

How large is the workspace on the island? Worth making it my main home?

My main concern with it is the land itself is not level and on top of that a lot of the destroyed buildings cannot be eliminated outright, there is a huge mansion which cannot be brought down to its foundation, which is a bloody shame, the workshop is in a sort of awkward spot in relation the north, more build able part of the island.

There is plenty of room for creative buildings, The big problem is investing the time and resources to reach the island and using your power armor and new weapons to beat rather high level enemies. But other than that, it's amazing for a main house, I'm building a massive lighthouse with the bottom being littered with whatever I can before expanding out and building the town on the island.

The settlement has not been attacked yet, I dunno if Murlurks will come out in droves to attack it.
