I am villified by the legion but I fought my way through, killed caesar, and got the platinum chip. My quest updates and says return to speak to yes man and I have the option to kill or disable house but why? Can't I report back to house with the chip instead of yes man?

You don't have to take it back to yes man you can take it to Mr.House if you want.
