I am assuming it is because of a patch that is lacking with UL. Is there a patch for this area based off of my load order?

It's an engine glitch. Occasionally the game forgets to load a cell's landscaping. Reload the game to fix it.

Well with this issue - did you reload in a different cell then return to this area or just save there and reload?

Yeah it changed, turned out the problem with that was my wired controller was plugged in and must have caused some conflict, since the two aren't compatible.

I saved there and reloaded. I tried from the Cheryindal Gate but it was the same thing. I'll try from Weye.

Weye, still glitched.

Saved and loaded from inside a chapel in Bruma, still glitched...

In that area open the console and click on any object and write down the formID that appears at top of screen.

Load up all active mods in tes4edit and then enter that formID into the search area for FormIDs.

This will then bring up the cell and and all mods affecting that cell will be listed in the right panel.

This is not an answer but will help you narrow down what mod might be causing it.

Also just a tip - screenshots taken at night are not helpful. It could be you've found a UL missing area or something - really hard to make out how big a chunk of land is missing.

Well, the tes4edit thing confuses me, my comp won't let me take a ss of it. Only mods came up were Better Cities and xulCheydinhalFalls, when clicked on a red form id in the left column.

I might just disable Cheydinhal Falls UL all together.
