I planned on making a "tribal" character, but not like one of the "idiot" types. I am talking about community type. Thing is, I planned for her to use Melee, Sneak, and Survival, as her tagged skills, with Logan's loophole for the level limit, and skilled for the boost to melee. She will use the Varmint rifle for long range sniping, but that is it for guns. the more tech-based skills are out, so...

Anyways, I am mainly looking for perks, but do plan to take Black widow and Cherchez la femme for the RP reasons more than anything else. any ideas on what other perks to take. Will be playing on Normal/Hard (Never will play hardcoe).

Special is: S: 6, P:5, E: 6-7 (can't remember), C: 4, I: 5 (She was not raised an idiot), A: 6-7 (Again, can't remember), L: 6 I believe
