I don't know if many people know this but im gonna post it for the people you don't.If you go to Camp McCarran and this is only good for people who are still on good terms with the NCR.Go into there and find a tent with with a few people in there you should find a guy named LT.Gorobets and talk to him.He should start to talk about a girl named betsy and so on this starts a quest named "I Don't Hurt Anymore" do the quest. During it they will have you go to the New Vegas Medical clinic.I have relized that the New Vegas Medical clinic is a really good store everything is cheaper and you can sell anything there for the vaule its worth no matter the condition. For exmaple whenever you sell something it tells you the vaule of the item on your pip-boy but when you go to sell it,It's usally a few caps or a couple hunder caps depending on what your selling lower than the vaule on your pip-boy.At This store that never happens whatever it saids the value is on your pip-boy thats what you get.Stimpacks are also pretty cheap there.Other places they usally go for 36 caps but here they go for 25.The store usally has between 2000-2500 caps so if you wanna start makeing more caps i highly sugguest you go to the New Vegas Medical Clinic. The only way though you are able to get those deals are is after you finish "I Don't Hurt Anymore" quest .After everytime you go there she saids something like since your good with the NCR ill give you a deal or something. This quest is also very easy all you have to do is talk to people but make sure you have a good speech level. If anyone has any questions about this please feel free to message me.If you could as well comment to say if this help or not that be cool to because i been asking alot of people on here for help and i though i should give some good advice for a change lol.

interesting tip, I may have to try it sometime.

though honestly, the only time I ever really find myself running out of money.. is after buying the Implants, or if I'm on a mod/ammo binge. with most gun-mods being around 150 caps minimum, and many in the 2-300+ range.. (and a personal penchant of trying to get 1 of each weapon fully modded), I tend to always buy up mods that I know I haven't used yet... even if i don't yet have the weapon (as the mods themselves are weightless). I tend to follow the same rule for looting corpses. ie: about all I take from geckos are hides, all I take from ants are the nectar/venom, etc.

Also, after a point i tend to buy up the .50 cal and other big-ticket ammo, once I get the AMR, so that I'll have a good start of supply before I start to use it.

Mainly what i do for money... is I never loot/pick up anything that's not at least 1:10 to 1:20 ratio of weight/money... Cigarettes work great for it... pilot lights aren't bad.. and obviously there's more.. I ignore all the idiotic 1:1 things like forks and such. I USED to hoard the pre-war books.. but now there's 100x as many as in FO3, and there's no BoS librarian to buy them off you.

Also with the broken ease of winning at Caravan... using the 6/8/10 or 7/9/10 setups.. the only time I ever lose a game.... is if I just get too distracted and finish a run too early

Yeah, ditto. I don't pick up items with weight at all unless I plan on keeping them, with the exception of 10mm Pistols (which are lightweight, common, and sell for a ton). Mostly Caravan keeps me flush with caps, especially after meeting Lacey at Mojave Outpost.
