I've had a few raiders, few ghouks, and super mut's, maybe depends on level? Some raiders packed a punch with missiles and autos, and the muties were high(er) classed..

I've mostly had super mutants. The only thing that gets to me is that it's always the same settlement, that has enough population and defense, that I can go sit down inside a building and they take care of it themselves. Why am I even there?

I had gunners and children of atom at the same time. My settlement is hangmans ally in the middle of the city so I get attacked a bunch. Only one way in though so they usually get cut down quick
