So, turns out, if you help out the Stormcloaks in Skyrim, even as a Dark Elf, you can't do much for your poor people living in the slums of the city. (I know if you go Imperial, the new Jarl begins renovation plans for the Gray Quarter, but I only found that out after I took Solitude -.-)

So it's unfortunate that there's nothing my character can do to help his people. A few small quests that will let us help out the Dunmer in the slums (and even the Argonians in the docks, too) would be great. Feel like I've done something for the Dunmer.
