That, then is the basic premise of this RP. Setting herself up as the true saviour of the Dunmer people, Almalexia's rallying cry sparked a brutal revolt in Mournhold that spread throughout the rest of eastern Morrowind in a matter of days, exploding into a full-blown war before the Empire could so much as react. What was once the lands of the Temple and the languishing House Indoril has now become the cradle of revolution and the seat of power of the One True God, as she now styles herself. And the One True God will not be content to rest on the laurels of her first victory - it still remains to spread her domain to the rest of Morrowind.
What lies ahead, then, is a colossal and complex conflict as the rest of the Great Houses align themselves either for or against Almalexia's Morrowind and the Septim Empire struggles to hold on to the East. Covering it in one continuous RP would be a considerable undertaking - and a pain in the ass.
Good thing that's not what I intend to do.
What do I intend to do, then? Why, gauge the interest in the setting of Her Kingdom Come and the viability of episodic RPs, of course!

The township (village, really) of Ouadabridge is built on a bridge that crosses the Thir River which divides mainland Morrowind into eastern and western halves (if you don't see it, look right below the big MORROWIND text). This rather paltry settlement's sole claim to fame is the fact that it is built atop the Ouadabridge, with which it shares a name - the largest bridge across the Thir River, the perfect route for advancing armies to take thanks to its considerable width. For this reason, it has a small contingent of House Hlaalu guards and even a negligible Imperial Legion presence to protect the interests of the local Census and Excise office.
For this exact reason, the forces rallied under Almalexia's banner want it. And, in the early days of the war, when Morrowind and Tamriel at large are both still reeling from the abruptness of this explosive conflict, they are coming to get it.
In other words, what I am proposing is a Battle RP focusing on just one - albeit important - battle rather than a whole campaign. Should anyone be interested, the two sides to choose from are obviously the pro-Imperial, which consists of the aforementioned Legionnaires, Hlaalu guards and levied locals, and the Temple, which would be a colourful assembly of religious fanatics, commoners swept up in the thrill of it all, and a small core of Indoril troops who would have more of an idea what is it that they're doing, exactly.
The Temple forces would outnumber the pro-Imperial forces (who in turn would have the advantage of being on the defense, with a handy bridge to funnel the Temple troops at them to boot), however neither side would be that numerous - while I don't have any solid numbers to throw at you for the time being, the pro-Imperial forces wouldn't reach a thousand. This wouldn't be a roleplay about massive armies led by Hannibal Barca-grade http://media.moddb.com/images/groups/1/3/2055/Creed.gif; rather, the focus would hopefully be on simple people doing simple people mistakes and dying in the way simple people do when they're stabbed by a spear. A priest exhorting the sons and daughters of Morrowind onwards to death or glooooryyy, a Hlaalu plantation owner who's only heard of battles in rumours and is now forced to lead his small knot of plantation guards - such and similar characters would be completely viable and indeed preferable as far as I'm concerned.
That, then, is it. The ball is in your court now, potential RPers; hopefully, this idea will generate enough interest to become more than just an idea.
