If people survived the Great War in the Capital Wasteland, evidently not all of them from being inside Vaults, than it's reasonable to assume there were survivors in China as well. An interesting plot twist for a RP would be a continued organized remnant of the Chinese military and Government staging a invasion of the Capital Wasteland. Think of it as an Enclave, Chinese style, it's reasonable to assume if the Enclave could last 200 years after the war, some kind of Chinese counterpart could as well.

Imagine angry Chinese remnants preparing a plan for revenge on America, only without the Resources to do it, and the radiation keeping them from carrying it out. So they preserve their hatred, and pass it and their plan on from one generation to the next as they prepare for the eventual goal of revenge, until finally, they are capable of doing so, and decide the time is right to strike at the heart of America, the Capital wasteland.

There seems to be a real lack of RP's going on and I haven't been here in awhile so I thought I would throw this out there.

would love too, it could have been better instead of using stimpak, the player could mix all the food from the wasteland and cook them with fire or gas loaded to to the Oven and become the Health Food.

and also, i want the player could taking shower to give impression of charisma and increase Speach skill.

perhaps, next time it would not be any Vault at all, i prefer i was born underground, and climb up to search or manage our town to be better place to live such as, increase the security, food gathering, reduce the water radiation, better power for the town, than just to find my father.

If I remember rightly a poster named Rotinaj attempted a FF of this quite early in the forums history and it bombed but then again it was one of the worst pieces of writing ever to appear on here so....

is it just me? is right. There was something similar to this, and it did bomb quite early on, but that's only because there wasn't any help if I remember right. Anyway, here's some advice.

Advice from the Good Dr.

1. It's more than likely, that those who weren't in any sort of shelter in China, probably either died right off or became ghouls somehow? So to add into this ever growing hate in China, I'd probably have the top officials or people running the show be Chinese ghouls. It'd only make sense, as there would have to be some from Pre-war times to keep this hate of America continuing into the later generations as you have it.

2. The Capital Wasteland, is nearly halfway around the world from China, so getting there would take quite some time. (Depending on whether they went West through ruined Russia and the rest of Europe, or took the shorter route East towards the Western United States, and trekked across the country finally getting there. So you'll need some kinda good reason and mode for the Chinese to be attacking the rest of the Capital Wasteland.

3. I would probably pan out the plot a bit more. Give more detail into the whole idea. I realize it's just a small idea stage deal, but if you want to capture some attention; detail is key to something like this. Specially as it seems it'll be quite big on how this and that got here and there, and got started, etc.

I could imagine some of them could be ghouls, but I would think the bulk of the Chinese would still be human. Surely this hatred could be ingrained in their culture and belief system, specifically designed to be preserved and carried down the generations.

In my mind, the attack would be groups of small but quick moving ship craft moving into the Potomac right into the Capital Wasteland, landing waves of Chinese soldiers onto the beaches as they begin their swarm.

One idea I have had from the beginning is that they believe the US Government at large across America is largely intact, a big surprise awaits them as to how serious the damage their ancestors did to them. In essence, they want to kill Americans, they want revenge. Their reason for being in the Capital Wasteland is the belief that if they take the Capital, they can collapse the United States government.

Upon finding out there is no more US Government, and there hasn't been in a long time, (other than by now some Enclave remnants) their goal is simple, to extract revenge on what they can, they move to hunt down the remnants of the Enclave, destroy the Brotherhood of steel, and kill many Americans by attacking and invading settlements across the wasteland.

As far as in the RP, this would result in exciting battles in places like Megaton, Rivet city, and more. Raiders, Slavers, others, none is save from the Chinese war machine. They aim to kill many and occupy the Capital Wasteland.

One plot twister is a plan to colonize the United States, starting with the Capital Wasteland, after taking it over, because mainland China is much more hostile and contaminated than even the Capital Wasteland.

Anyway I am not usually the kind of person to take the lead on something like this, just putting the idea out there for someone who would. I would be interested myself in joining something like that.

There might still be a large number of non Ghoul Chinese...but the population of China is so high that the majority of them would all but have to have been killed or ghoulified. China has roughly 4 times the population of America though...so while many many bloody many more would be killed or ghoulified there could easily still be as many Human Chinese as Human Americans.

That might actually be an interesting story point I think. Some kind of incalculable survivors guilt. Let's say 80% of China's population died in the blast okay? That means almost 1 Billion and 69 Million dead. If 80% of the remaining 270 Million survivors were ghoulified that still leaves roughly 5,300,000 Human survivors in China. That's a .4% Survival Rate. For every thousand people 4 would survive.

I think that data might play very well into your Chinese Revenge idea and lead to a pretty dramatic...depressing...realization when they get here and find that were are in just as much of a shambles as they. Maybe even worse given that they (based on real world figures) had about 4 times the population. I think it could lead to some pretty brutal Chinese who STILL want revenge and would provide a good reason for defectors to wish to help the Wasteland...of course they might get shot on sight anyway.
