The quest Here Kitty Kitty from vault 81 is bugged for me ashes has the quest marker over his head but I can't interact and tell him to go home done this quest alot on my other characters first time it's bugged for me I'm on PC,funny thing is hole in the wall started also without completing Here Kitty kitty,have no saves before the quest either grrr first time a bug has pissed me off since launch any help here?? Please.

I think you may have to wait until it stops running, then interact.
