Herma-Mora

Does anyone know where Herma-Mora is in the CK? I assume he is an effect or activator? Not sure where to look.

Mainly Activators for Hermaeus Mora, and one voice NPC appear in the "Find" list using the keyword mora.
The rest are unrelated for most part.

Yeah used it found them. Now I want to find a way to NPC-ize him, so that he can be hit.
