Hermus mora (pretty sure it's nit spelled wright) deadra shr : IV

As you may or may nit know for this deadric quest you need to trap the souls of all 10 races but I have 3 races left and I can't trap them when I kill them!! I have trapped altmers orcs bosmer nord dunmer Breton and khajiit so I have imperial argonian and redguard left. But whenever I cast the spell on them and kill themis don't trap their souls can anyone help me? And it's not mods or patches because I play on xbox360

I think I have figured it out!! I had some empty black soul gems in my inventory so I stopes them and killed an imperial and it worked!!

Quest has been completed I just needed to empty soul gems good luck with it!:)
