Hey, a giveaway for Summer!

Alright, I'll bite. I need a picture of a character of mine anyways for something I have planned. Think you can draw me the character of my old fallout-fanction that I am actually going to put in a book I am writing, Daniel Dillinger?

His hair is somewhat shaped like http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/b/b9/DavidHasselhoff_20050926.jpg/260px-DavidHasselhoff_20050926.jpg. He has green colored eyes, and will either be wearing a red, or blue vest over a green shirt. Brown pants with a weapon belt attached to it, the handle of a red six-shooter pistol sticking out. Eye color is green, hair color either dark brown or black, and a scar can be seen above his left eye, seeming to be from a bullet. He is white to, just in case I need to add that.

If your into doing backround, a red wasteland will do. Try to make it look a bit like Mars if you can, I would like that!

Best of luck, looking forward to seeing what you make out of it!

Sounds very, very. very COOL! I love this little thing you have conjured up, and I will be happy to take the request. I'll update you when your piece is done, could you friend me so we can stay in touch? It will be done before the end of September. Thanks for requesting!

A canteen and flask both attach to her belt. Reggie always has a pack of cigarettes tucked in the band on her hat. A blue hankerchief to cover her nose and mouth, she wears this around her neck.

Rank: Knight

Personality: Reggie is confident, and blunt. She is not afraid to speak her mind, and is not afraid of confrontation. To those not in the KoI she comes off as brash, rude and arrogant. But within the ranks of the KoI, Reggie shows a mutual respect followed by general concern for her brothers and sisters in the ranks.

Reggie believes strongly in old world ways, specifically the late 1800's. She believes if there is a problem, you settle it, no need to wait for the local law dogs to arrive. She would take to an good old fashioned duel in the streets. Where, whether you are right or wrong, if you are the one left standing it doesn't matter anyway. Her feelings about the Great War leave nothing in question. To Reggie, the countries who engaged in the nuclear exchange are cowards. Instead of facing their differences head on, they chose to sit behind their terminals thousands of miles away and utilize satellite technology to do their dirty work. If the issue is brought up, she will carry on about the cowardice of the war. She lives one day at a time, when her time is up, someone, or something will put her down.

Bio: Reggie, is the daughter of the once infamous Daniel, The Devil Dog, Jones. A name which he was called due to his reddish skin tone and pencil thin black moustache and pointed goatee, much like that of the old world depictions of the devil. Her mother, Michelle Torrez, was the long time lover of The Devil Dog. Born in the settlement Tular, Reggie's mother ran a small time supplies shop, making her living selling to the passersby while Daniel would roam the surrounding area conducting his vigilante justice.

Reggie was a disappointment to Daniel at first, as he longed for a son to carry on his lineage. He and Michelle agree to naming their daughter Regina, so Daniel would call her by the name he had hoped his son would be named. Daniel, in an feeble attempt to lead others to believe he had a son, forbid Michell to let Reggie's hair grow long. Hence, she was quite the tomboy, up until she reached the adolescent years and began to mature into a young woman. She was ridiculed by the local boys, and took to fisticuffs on many an occasion. Daniel taught her to play poker, and she would not only hold her own in a fist fight, but would embarrass the boys in card games also. Always with an extra ace up her sleeve, she won the majority of the time.

The first time Daniel put a gun in Reggie's hands was on her thirteenth birthday. It was a beat up .22 caliber rifle, Daniel was pleased with the steady hands of Reggie. Over time Daniel taught her that her guns should be an extension of herself, "be one with your weapon," he told her. Daniel worked with his blossoming daughter, teaching her his ways and even going as far as having regulars duels using blanks. Reggie's cat like reflexes, and keen eye sight proved their great value. At the slightest flinch, Reggie would regularly win their duels. Hand to hand, she has a vicious right hook and is nimble and quick. At sixteen, her father presented her with a restored Remington shot gun, something in which Reggie holds dear. Its blued body, and true sights enable Reggie to be dead on at one hundred yards, further in good weather.

Reggie trekked across the Badlands with her father, much to Michelle's dismay, creating a bond unlike any other she experienced. Living an outlaw type lifestyle, while bringing vigilante justice with them to each town they entered. One morning when Reggie awoke, her father sat by the smoldering campfire carving on her shotgun. Daniel handed to her after he had finished, it read The Devil's daughter in Spanish. Three days later was the last time Reggie saw her father, nineteen and alone, she did what it took to survive.

Reggie took to her gambling, that provided her with many interesting items. One item in particular was the pieces of Jade that now adorn the handles of her pistol and Bowie knife. A knife in which caused her to be shunned from her home settlement of Tular. One of her cards fell from her sleeve, as alcohol dumbed her common sense. The man whom she had been beating hand over fist lunged at her with the Bowie knife, the tip cutting the right side of her lips. He demanded his money back, Reggie's reply was her Magnum to the man's forehead, relieving his head of it's duty to carry his brain. She was ushered out and cursed to never set foot in Tular again.

No home, and just her belongings she had with her, Reggie went from town to town. Using her wits and arrogant charm to get would be lovers drunk and buy a room. They woke up both penniless and without boots. She would throw the boots on the roof of a nearby building, allowing her ample time to get away. Nobody other than tribals would venture on the hot grounds of the Badlands without boots. Reggie grew tired of this lifestyle, and the things that she heard about the Knights of Iron who took up residence in Iron Forge tempted her greatly. The only problem was, her father was not on good terms with the KoI, so she took her mothers last name of Torrez.

Reggie was diligent in her efforts to become a Knight, she envied the bond taken upon knighthood. She showcased her skill set, though able to survive most hand to hand combat, even though she was not as powerful as most, her shooting skills impressed. After what seemed like an eternity, she had become a Knight, and took it personally to watch out for her brother and sisters back. Something instilled into her by her father.

No worries ;) I lost my muse due to real life right now, and have quite a few more character sheets, of what I think of as, "decent" characters. If you would rather choose, I can give you at least choices, or more lol.

I've got a character you could use, made him for an RP which died, like they all seem to do

Spoiler
Name: James Max

six: Male

Race: Ghoul

Age: 239 (35 at age of Ghoulification)

Appearance: James is 5”11, has the normal rotting skin look of a Ghoul, however he usually covers himself up to prevent people (mostly himself) from seeing his skin. He has blue eyes and in his previous life had had light brown hair.

Weapons: Trail Carbine (with detachable Scope), .44 Magnum (with Heavy frame) and Combat Knife. Due to his skill in sneaking and the fact that he is pretty much always ready to fight the magnum and knife have barely left his side in 200 years. He has a .45 auto pistol and police baton from his policing days; they are kept in James’s presidential suite in the Lucky 38.

Armour/Clothes: Desert Ranger Armour and Helmet. Both have the Insignia of the Lucky 38 on them (on the duster it has it on the shoulders and on the amour it has it across the chest plate, for the helmet, centre right of forehead). The armour has been beaten and bent through years of use, but despite their appearance they are as strong as ever .He doesn’t really wear anything else, when sleeping he’ll remove the armour plating and his helmet, but they will be close by so he can put them on quickly.

Gear: Equipment to make fires and temporary shelter, he has a flask for water, but also carries some bottles around with him. He also has a Pip-boy 3000 which was gifted to him by Mr. House after he successfully pushed the Kings out of the Strip. Keeps plenty of ammo on him at all times, mostly .44 but he keeps some .308 and 5.56mm ammo on him as well in case he has to pick up some other weapons in the field.

Skills and Talents(Best at top, worst at bottom): James is incredible good at using guns, having received police training and over 200 years of experience.

James is very stealthy, having been taught how to move with as little noise as possible by the desert rangers, he has learned the art of moving without detection very well.

James has pretty much mastered how to live off the land from his time in the desert rangers and his experiences in the hostile lands of Caesar’s legion.

James use of Melee weapons is practised; he can last a long time in a fight with the skilled gladius and machete users of Caesar’s legion, however age has deteriorated his skilled and it is mostly used for quiet stealthy skills.

James can convince others to help him, but this is only due to his training with the police a lifetime ago, and those he usually convinces have other, rational reasons to aid him. He has had some success in convincing tribes to assist him while in the desert rangers, but they did feel threatened by the legion.

James can make use of First aid, having used it with the police and desert rangers; he can patch up minor wounds enough to allow him and others to carry on, but needs the help of a doctor to overcome major wounds.

James can use Explosives to a limited degree; however he is by no means skilled in their use.

James can fight while unarmed, but has little need to fight unarmed as he usually has his combat knife with him, also age and his ghoul state have caused him to weaken.

James can perform small repairs on his weapons and armour in the field, but usually just pays some else to fully repair his equipment.

James rarely ever barters, usually having the caps to pay for whatever price is asked.

James never has rarely been in a situation where he has needed any scientific knowledge and therefore has little use for it.

James has only used energy weapons twice in his life, both were times where his regular weapons were out of ammo or out of reach

James has never had to lock pick, ever, if there is a door in the way he shoots out the hinges and kicks his way in.

Faction: Mr. House
Rank: Operative (acts as a sort of Frumentarii for House)

Personality: James is usually happy and is always tries to find humour in any situation, he is somewhat sarcastic. He has a sense of honour and will always try to give people he fights and chance to surrender and if they refuse a quick painless death, he abhors torturers and slavers. He is frank and straightforward but civil with those below him and respectful, courteous and polite with those who are his equals and his betters.

History: James was born in Pre-war Las Vegas and lived most of his life at what is now Camp Searchlight, he had a job as a policeman and his life was relatively quiet with not as many car chases and shootouts as he would of liked until October 23rd, 2077 when he was called to cottonwood cove due to an attempted burglary, soon after he arrived, the great war happened, James watched in awe as Mr. House’s defence systems destroyed some incoming Bombs, but despite Mr. House’s defence system a bomb dropped nearby, forming cottonwood crater, the resulting explosion and the radiation after killed most people in cottonwood cove.

In the Months and years after the war James tried to keep law and order around Searchlight and Cottonwood cove, however he could not stop the gradual descent into chaos, partly because of the radiation sickness which eventually led to him becoming a Ghoul weakening him.

After James became a Ghoul he thought he was a freak and kept himself hidden away but after meeting another Ghoul he became more outgoing and started protecting small settlements all over the Mojave for some time, drifting from place to place helping out in whatever way he could, while helping people around Nipton the newly formed Desert Rangers came into the town and warned him of a imminent attack from the Boot riders (later the chairmen), together, James and the Desert Rangers successfully defended the town from the Boot riders, after his help the rangers invited James to become a ranger himself, to which James agreed.

After becoming a ranger James patrolled the Mojave for a while and realised that he and other ghouls were not dying due to old age.

James continued to battle raiders and slavers around the Mojave for around a century, during this time, he met up and battled against the tribes which would eventually become the three families, he also met and helped protect members of other various tribes and towns (Mutants of Black Mountain, later Jacobstown, also the inhabitants of Goodsprings, Novac, Primm, Bittersprings, Nelson and Boulder city). In 2250 the Desert Rangers recognised the true threat of Caesar’s Legion, and began assaults on it, aiding enemies of the legion and doing all in their power to weaken or destroy the legion, in 2269 after almost 20 years of fighting the legion the desert rangers finally fully retreated from Arizona and into the Mojave, but they continued to attack the Legion and raid their lands at any opportunity that arose over the next few years.

When the desert rangers signed the ranger unification treaty with the NCR James quit, feeling he was no longer necessary, however he refused to join the NCR rangers as he had been a part of a ‘democratic’ nation which oppressed it’s citizens and attacked other nations out of greed and he saw those same things in the NCR and did not want to do it again. After refusing the offer to join the NCR James went and started living in the strip, where he found work as a mercenary for a while.

In 2274 he watched as the Lucky 38 opened and securitrons under the command of Mr. House rolled out and took control of the strip and recruited the three families awed at the Mr. House’s strength, speed of his operation and that he had managed to tame the three most dangerous tribes of the area, along with the fact that it was Mr. House who had saved him from being killed by the bombs at the beginning of the war, James offered his services to Mr. House, who agreed to hire him, since then James has been watching , spying and sometimes eliminating factions and people of interest to Mr. House. Like when he led the fight which pushed the Kings out of the New Vegas Strip, and when he fought with the three families against the Great Khans. He was also present when the New Vegas treaty was signed, under the direction of Mr. House James also helped the NCR push the Brotherhood of Steel from HELIOS one, after the battle finished James tracked the survivors to their new base in Hidden Valley, any time he does not have a mission he will go there and eliminate any patrol he can. James also took part in the battle of Hoover damn acting as an emissary for Mr. House to the NCR, he helped secure a victory for NCR but also made sure the Caesar’s Legion was still in shape to distract the NCR for Mr. House by sabotaging the NCR’s efforts to fully destroy the legion by doing things like killing or distracting rangers hunting down the retreating legion, blowing up ammo storage facilities, so far no one in the NCR knows he sabotaged their efforts.

James is currently moving about the east of the Mojave, monitoring both legion and NCR forces and bases for Mr. House.

Relations with other Factions in the Mojave:

NCR: Friendly, often helps them when he has the chance, has a lot of friends who were desert rangers who are now NCR veteran rangers. He has also helped them fight their enemies, but usually on the orders of Mr. House. He is known and respected amongst Rangers, particularly veterans, however commanders of the military who know of James a wary of him as he is a known agent of Mr. House.

Legion: Enemy, every time he sees them he’s either scouting them or killing them. He is known amongst the more experienced Legion members and centurions as he has fought them as a desert Ranger and at Hoover Dam.

Three Families: Likes the chairmen and to a lesser extent the white glove society, despite having known and sometimes fought their previous tribes. Despises the Omertas, views them as savages and only a little better than they used to be, however tolerates them as he knows they are necessary. They know him well, having fought against him when they were still tribes and with him as the three families, they know he acts with the authority of Mr. House.

Great Khans: Previous Enemy, he fought with the three families against them, but has nothing against them personally, he respects them greatly due to their combat prowess.

The Kings: He likes them, despite having fought against them, he is greatly annoyed that The King ignored the offer from Mr. House as he prefers them to the Omertas. The Kings are not aggressive towards him, but are wary of him due to his actions against them on behalf of Mr. House.

Jacobstown: Very Friendly, has met Marcus many times and likes the Mutant community there.

Brotherhood of Steel: Enemy, helped the NCR push them from HELIOS one and being the only ranger there he was quite recognisable.

Followers of the Apocalypse: He likes their goals and supports them whenever he finds an opportunity, however they are suspicious of him due to his affiliation with Mr. House.

Boomers: Was shot at by them while trying to contact them for Mr. House.

Towns (Primm, Goodsprings, Novac etc.): has helped defend most of them in the past against various threats, however that was a long time ago and only old timers would remember him now.
