I bought the game off of origin and bought the dlc from the ingame menu, 1st and i think 3rd map pack, one had the fy71 assault rifle from original game, I played the multiplayer to like lvl 26 orso, loved it and my pc died on me. so now I got a real nice pc, and back on crysis 2 however it won't let me redownload the dlc I had before, and it has reset my level, I am 100% sure this acc is the one I used before. is all data stored on the HDD, or the server? is there any way I can get my dlc? not too fussed about the level.

They are useless unless you are using an account that actually purchased them. In essense, you download the zips and put them in the dlc folder... they will be extracted and installed the next time you launch the game:

DLC is tied to your account. And is now only for sale via Maximum Edition. If you need to redownload the files here they are:
