I made a post on the Morrowind Nexus mod site, no help

I go through the start up movies yadda yadda, get to the main menu, it freezes and wont SHOW the main menu, bloody frustrating, cant even take Screen Shots. (Would link a photo I took of the screen, but the forums wont let me )

I ran in multiple Compatability modes, Full Screen, Windowed etc. nothing works, got it to work on my older Win 7 machine though, I be confuzled.
