Just Completed the KotN questline and 1st NPC I talk to is a guard and thats how they greeted me

I havent killed any townsfolk or guards for at least 15-17 levels now I have 0 infamy and 23 fame and 0 bounty in both SI and Cyrodrill

What warented this greeting?

also why are there no wiki pages for possible greeting a guard may give you because im fairly sure what I wrote here isnt the exact greeting I got but its as close to the one I got as possible

Yes and no :/

I completed it on a previous game file

and then I did complete it on this game but I did it all in 1 run and didnt save so I could do it again if I felt like it so Technically I didnt do it

Oh ok, the same thing happened to me but it was because I killed the grandchampion and that counts as murder.

but ive never had a guard greet me in this way before and rigth after finishing the Knights of the Nine ?

It doesn't matter when they said it, like schmoe said you might have a murder you didn't know about, and if you have, all the guards in cyrodiil know you have murdered someone. The battlemage at the entrance of arcane university said the exact same thing to me.

I quit the DB quite a while ago as well, and when I finally did Kvatch, a couple of Legion guards there gave me a similar greeting. Of course, they won't be doing that any longer. :shifty:

No i'm not greeted like that. Instead, I can go punch people and the guards are all, I don't care 'cause we are friends! Yay for me.
